Q2: Can it remove odors and formaldehyde?
The purifier features a multi-layer filtration system including a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter, which helps absorb odors and certain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Actual results may vary depending on pollution levels and room conditions.
2.Room Size & Coverage
Q3: What room size is this air purifier suitable for?
This air purifier is recommended for rooms from 1200 to 3000 sq ft, such as bedrooms, living rooms, nurseries, or home offices.
For best performance, choose a model with a CADR rating that matches your room size.
Q4: Can one unit purify my entire home?
Air purifiers are designed for single-room use. For whole-house coverage, we recommend placing one unit in each frequently used room.

Q5: How often do I need to replace the filters?
HEPA filter: every 6–12 months
Activated carbon filter: every 3–6 months
Replacement frequency depends on usage time and air quality.
Q6: Are the filters washable?
The pre-filter can be cleaned regularly. HEPA and activated carbon filters should not be washed, as water may damage their filtration performance.

Q7: Is it noisy when used at night?
No. In Sleep Mode, the noise level is as low as 15 dB, making it quiet enough for bedrooms, nurseries, and light sleepers.
Q8: Can the display lights be turned off?
Yes. The purifier includes a sleep or night mode that dims or turns off indicator lights to avoid disturbing your sleep.

For best results, we recommend continuous operation or using Auto Mode, which automatically adjusts fan speed based on real-time air quality.
Q12: Is it normal to notice a slight smell when first using the purifier?
Yes. A mild “new product” smell may be present during initial use and typically disappears after a few hours of operation.
